The staff have always been kind, considerate, friendly and helpful at all times.
In the past I have heard that it can be difficult to get timely appointments, but this was not the case for me. Great service all around.
I fine the pre-recorded message that greets callers to be too long and somewhat irritating, in many ways I would prefer to be just holding on for the next call to be answer than to be answered and then put on hold.
Several times when I have called to make an appointment the receptionist has asked "has the Doctor asked to see you" - well really the answer to this is often NO! After all he is not clairvoyant, he is a doctor, if he had a crystal ball and could predict when people were going to consult him, then he would be providing a service well beyond the realms of the NHS!
I feel as though the receptionists are too intrusive in asking what the visit is for. From the visits after this inquisition the doctor is clearly not aware of the reason for the visit! So why interrogate the patient?

A great practice, friendly receptionists, keen and helpful nurses, excellent doctors and increasingly involved in promoting good health. My only concern is that, like so many other practices, they find it difficult at times to fit in an unplanned appointment but, if the need is desparate, you will be seen.
